Is it normal to feel empty even when life is going okay?

Lately, I’ve been feeling a sense of emptiness inside, even though there’s nothing obviously wrong in my life. Things are generally okay—no major problems, and everything seems normal from the outside—but internally, I feel disconnected, unmotivated, and emotionally numb.

It’s like I’m just going through the motions without really feeling anything meaningful or fulfilling. I don’t feel truly happy, but I’m not exactly sad either—it’s just a constant feeling of emptiness that I can’t explain.

I’m confused about whether this is something normal that people experience or if it could be a sign of something deeper like emotional burnout or a mental health issue. Has anyone else felt this way? What can I do to understand and overcome this feeling?
