Lately, I’ve been feeling mentally drained almost every day, even when I haven’t done anything physically tiring. It feels like my mind is constantly overloaded, and I struggle to stay focused, motivated, or even interested in things I used to enjoy.

Simple tasks feel overwhelming, and I often feel low on energy, distracted, or emotionally tired without a clear reason. Even after resting or sleeping, I don’t feel refreshed.

I’m not sure if this is due to stress, burnout, or something else, but it’s starting to affect my daily life, productivity, and mood.
